Payment
Pay securely by credit or debit card through our PayPal gateway. There is no need for a Paypal account to use this system. Alternatively, if you do have a PayPal account you can simply select this option and pay from that account.
Shipping
Non personalised items will usually be despatched within 2 days but this will normally be the next working day after receipt of order.Working days are defined as Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays. Due to possible delays outside our control, customers should allow 10 days for delivery.
Personalised orders will normally be despatched within 5-10 Days from order and customers should allow up 14 days for delivery.
Very occasionally an item may be out of stock. In such circumstances you will be advised as soon as possible of the expected delivery date.
Returns Policy
Non personalised Items
We offer a full no quibbles guarantee on non personalised item.
If you are not satisfied with the product please return it and we will offer you a replacement or a full refund.
If the goods are unsuitable or faulty please contact us within 7 working days of receiving the goods. You will then be given the returns information and be given the choice of a replacement or refund
If the goods are unsuitable then we must be able to resell them so if the packaging has been damaged then we may reclaim the cost of the re-packing.
Personalised Items
We regret that we cannot accept returns for items which are personalised unless they are damaged or are proven to be faulty by our returns department. Great care is taken in packaging and damage during transit is extremely rare.
